Gotta Love Those Lazy Weekends

Friday night we all went to House of James to spend the gift cards we won on the Amazing Trek. We ended up with a couple of books, and Steve bought a new Bible. Saturday morning found Steve relaxed and already well into the first book, 23 Minutes in Hell by Bill Wiese.
After lunch a group of us headed to the laundromat to accomplish some cleanliness.

During the wait period, we ran over to MCC and Steve devoured more of his book.

For supper, 11 out of the 13 of us dressed up and headed off to Bangkok Thai restaurant for a group Valentine's Day celebration. This is Steve and I in what we would call a classy photo. Notice the lack of 'stache.... and there was much rejoicing! Except for Steve, he's always sad when the moustache goes. But it will be back someday, that's a promise.
Back at the MC (Mark Center) we took a lovely group photo. We spent the rest of the evening playing games in the Great Room.
Sunday morning we went to Ross Road Community Church and then spent the afternoon playing soccer, going for a walk and the like. We went to Lori's house for a wonderful spaghetti supper and games. We discovered a new game that's really fun! It's called Ticket to Ride and is really cool. We also played a little Rockband and watched the Amazing Race. This is the new sweet suitcase we picked up for $5 at MCC. Not going to lose this one at an airport either...it'll be on the luggage carousal right next to Big Brown.

What's the deal with the number 23 Steve because the movie really just went in a giant circle.
Unique travel bags are great, they make spotting them a lot easier. I have a huge hockey-like bag I bought from MEC, which has been great, but I did get some strange looks from the Asian travellers.

Asain travellers give strange looks all the time! Doesn't matter whats going on! And 23 is MJ's number so it's all godd unless it is hell related, then it suks!
