On Saturday we held a barbecue in Nicolaipolia and invited people from the community and the kids who normally play soccer with the guys. We planned to feed 100 people and we did. We had games for kids, a soccer match, a short sermon, we performed our drime and we showed the Jesus film. It was a pretty fun evening!

We brought some of our friends from Zaporozhye with us as well.

Our friend Lukas who we met in Molochansk came to stay with us from Friday till today and on Sunday, we hit the beach! It's great having a beach only a 30 minute walk away! And it's been SO hot the last few days!!

Monday evening we went down to the river with our friend Marina for her birthday party. Her parents barbecued food and we had a great time hanging out.

Walking home from the river at about 10:30, there were all these old babushkas still sitting on the street trying to make some money selling flowers, seeds, whatever they can to make a few greeven.

Most afternoons or evenings we get a wonderful thunderstorm! They usually don't last very long but they're so much fun!! This picture is taken out the kitchen window.
