There was a mix up with booking the church on the Saturday we wanted to have Just Youth (June 25) and we only found out about it the weekend before so we decided to have it on June 23, which was a Thursday evening. We did a games party and because we knew that there would be a lot of new people that we've met already this summer Steve shared very briefly about why we're in Ukraine and what we all do. Then we played a variety of group games altogether and had iced tea that almost wasn't iced because ice is hard to buy! Next time we'll know to plan way ahead and make our own!

The church JUST got these new air conditioning units (FINALLY!!) so August and Sofia were taking full advantage!
We're glad it worked out to have Just Youth despite the mix-up and hopefully it can be prevented in the future. We're trying to get our team to come up with new ideas of fun things to do and maybe we'll rethink the format in the coming months or something to try and mix it up a bit.
